Family Court and Child Support

Suffolk County Constable’s Office (SCCO) can help you handle all service that comes out of Family and Probate Court.  We are well versed in locating and completing service on individuals that do not want to be served.

SCCO has several staff members that are on the Department of Revenue vendor list and can accept Massachusetts State waivers.

There are many services that are required out of these courts.  A few examples are; Divorce or Annulment Summons, Separate Support Summons, Petition for Guardianship, Complaint to Establish Paternity, Complaint for Support-Custody-Visitation, Complaint for Modification and Summons, Motion for Temporary Orders, Restraining or Stay Away Orders, Adoptions, Complaint for Contempt and Capiases.

Some of these orders require “In-Hand” service on the defendant(s) while other servings can be left at the last and usual place of abode.  Our office (617) 265-0111 can guide you through what type of service is required prior to your request.
